7.processing procedure

After the machining is completed, the protective door is automatically opened, and the axle is taken out manually with a special spreader and moved outside. The door is closed, and the flat-headed push rod in the right end chuck pushes the shaft body to the left to make it move left on the V-shaped pre-positioning block, and the left end face is close to the axial positioning end face of the left chuck. The fixture is automatically centered and clamped, and double turret cooperates with the center frame to perform processing work. After processing, the main shaft is oriented to stop, the clamp is released, the protective door is opened, the axle is manually taken out, and then the axle to be processed is put into the chuck, and then left, the protective door is automatically closed, and a new processing cycle start. The feeding method can also be automatically put in and take out the work-piece from above the center of spindle through a gantry crane or a manipulator. The machine has a work-piece loading and unloading guiding mechanism to ensure that the work-piece is accurately placed in the chuck.
